Applications and Performance:
Suitable for addition-curing RTV, epoxy, polyurethane, and other adhesives, this product enhances adhesion to substrates such as glass, metal, and polar plastics, as well as improves water resistance and resistance to humid heat.
Typical applications:
1. Curing at 150℃ for 15 minutes significantly improves adhesion to stainless steel or metal. When used in the silicone coating of stainless steel vacuum flasks, test results for steam resistance, boiling water resistance, and acid resistance all outperform those of ordinary silane coupling agents;
2. For addition-curing silicone, it effectively bonds copper and silver, significantly improving boiling water resistance and high-temperature resistance.
3. At a curing temperature of 120–150℃, it significantly improves adhesion to glass and metal substrates.
Packing:
Packed in 20 kg in carton, containing 4 plastic drums of 5 kg each; 25 kg plastic drums.
